Nice day to be outside

We've had a warming trend here, so a couple of us got outside for a lunchtime workout:

  • Jog to the park (about 1 mile)
  • 10 x (10 burpees, jog down/up hill)
  • Run the long way (3 miles) back to downtown

A great day to be outside.
